  3. 3Go first. Tell a story, not a summary.
  4. 4After each person: reflect it back in a sentence and thank them.
Pause 1 · Warm-up

If you could delete any food from the face of the planet, what would it be and why?

Share a funny or bad food story. Get names if people don’t know each other.

Pause 2 · Getting real

What is an embarrassing moment OR your earliest childhood memory?

Got a funny embarrassing moment? Lead with it.

Pause 3 · Going deeper

If you really knew me, you would know that…

Share something real about you. Genuine, not intense.

After the video · Closing round

Challenge: share something with a close friend or family member that they don’t know about you.

Ask: who will you share with? When and where?

Timing About 8 minutes a round. Six people? About 80 seconds each. How long you share sets the pace. Short on time? One-word answers for question 1.
Heard something worrying? You don’t need to fix it. Thank them, and tell your teacher right after the session.
